NOW hiring for Front Desk Membership Sales Associates / customer service representative in multiplle Phoenix, Arizona Locations. Be part of the beauty industry!

FRONT DESK: Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation Plan with potential to make between $14 and $18+ per hour depending on sales performance
    • Hourly $15.15 PLUS Commission
    • Up to $27 per Membership Sale
    • Earn up to 20% commission on all retail product sales

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
  • Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members by telemarketing; outbound calls and texts
  • Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
  • Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests
  • Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
