Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Front Desk Associate to work overnights.

Schedule: Part-time opportunity, Thursdays 7:30pm-8:00am, and the ability to pick up additional shifts 

Salary: $19/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Front Desk Associate:

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
  • Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision
  • Detailed orientated and able to multi task
  • Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
  • Responds to emergency situations in an timely and efficient manner
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the community
