Job description

Graphic Designer - Creative Team

At Neato, we help major retail brands win on Amazon and beyond - through marketplace management, brand protection, and data-driven strategy. We're ranked among the top 500 storefronts on Amazon and named the 39th fastest-growing company in America by Inc. Magazine.

What you'll do

You'll join the creative team as a graphic designer, working alongside our senior designer to build visuals that do real work - product listings, brand assets, and digital content that moves shoppers from scroll to cart.

This isn't decorative design. Every asset you produce maps to a measurable outcome for the brands we represent.

Bring ideas to execution. Collaborate with the senior designer to develop on-brand concepts and carry them through to final delivery.

Command the craft. Apply a sharp eye for layout, typography, and color to produce graphics that are both beautiful and purposeful.

Translate strategy into visuals. Take complex brand challenges and turn them into cohesive, clear creative - respecting client style guidelines without being constrained by them.

Design across categories. Adapt quickly to diverse brands and industries. Versatility is a core skill here.

Stay in sync. Communicate proactively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and hit deadlines consistently.

What you bring

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • A solid foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory
  • The ability to take a project from brief to delivery with minimal hand-holding
  • Clear communication and a collaborative working style

Why this role matters

The brands Neato represents compete in one of the most crowded retail environments online. The work you produce directly affects how they're perceived - and whether they grow. Every design decision carries weight.

What you get

  • A focused, collaborative team where your craft is put to real use
  • Direct exposure to e-commerce strategy at scale, across dozens of brands
  • The tools, software, and context you need to do your best work
  • A front-row seat at a company redefining how brands operate on Amazon

Neato is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
