WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Required:

  • 2+ years of front office, customer-facing experience
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel

This is a fast-paced role that requires reliability, professionalism, multitasking, and a calm, client-focused approach during busy periods.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with schedules created in advance.

Full-Time Availability

Candidates must be available within the following operating hours as needed:

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Part-Time Availability

Part-time team members typically work 20–30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in advance within the following timeframes:

• Monday – Saturday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Please note: For both full- and part-time positions, schedules vary from week to week based on business needs. While you will not be scheduled for every day or shift listed above, flexibility and availability within these timeframes are important to support the team and provide excellent care.

Weekend availability is required for this role. During peak periods, including the days surrounding holidays, and other busy seasons, full availability is expected to support our team and provide the highest level of care for our clients during high-volume times.
