UX Web Designer Position - Macedonia, Ohio

MACEDONIA, OH

We seek a passionate UX Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and demonstrated experience designing intuitive dashboards and internal systems and implementing effective design systems and strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Visual Design: Craft the look and feel of websites, including color schemes, typography, and layout. Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand and target audience.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Focus on how users interact with the website. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to ensure an intuitive and efficient user experience.
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Design the interactive elements of a website, such as buttons, menus, and forms, to create a seamless and user-friendly interface.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to translate designs into functional web pages. Understand responsive design principles to ensure websites are accessible on various devices.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Zeplin to create design elements and mockups.
