Company Overview: North East Weathered Services, LLC is a trusted provider of snow removal. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our team operates in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us during our busy season.

Job Description: We are seeking skilled and reliable Ventrac/Small Loader Operators for on-call, seasonal positions. The ideal candidates will be available to respond to work as needed, particularly during peak service times. The position requires operating Ventrac tractors and small loaders for snow removal.

Qualifications:

OSHA 10 certification is mandatory.

Experience operating Ventrac tractors and small loaders is preferred.

Availability to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds.

Physical endurance to perform manual labor as required.
