Front- End Loaded Equipment Operator! ????

???? Medley, FL

???? $22-$25/hr | Temp-to-Hire

???? Permanent Pay: $24/hr after hire

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are hiring 3 Equipment Operators to join an aggregates operation!

Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders (WA500/WA600)

• Operate rubber tire dozer

• Load trucks and trains

• Move finished materials and push aggregate piles

• Perform daily safety checks

• Communicate with plant/loadout team

• Assist with other loadout and plant duties

Requirements:

✅ Equipment operating experience preferred

✅ Safety-minded and dependable

✅ Valid Florida Driver’s License & clean MVR

✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

✅ Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

✅ High School Diploma/GED

✅ Must be willing to train on additional equipment
