Job description

NOW HIRING Heavy Equipment Operators for the 2026/2027 WINTER SEASON!

This is an ON CALL/SEASONAL POSITION - due to this being an on-call position during winter weather events - must reside within 20 miles of Tewksbury

We are now seeking dependable Bobcat Operators and Front-End Loader Operators to join our Winter Operations Team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Be available for all winter storm events, regardless of timing
  • Arrive on time, prepared to work, and be ready for extended hours as needed based on weather conditions
  • Operate Equipment safely and efficiently for snow removal at designated commercial sites.
  • Follow site maps and specifications to ensure snow is relocated as required.
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to your direct Supervisor
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment for team employees and clients by adhering to company safety policies
  • Being aware of safety issues or concerns, and report them to the appropriate Supervisor
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience operating heavy machinery during winter months or equivalent experience as a heavy equipment operator
  • Dependable and available 24/7 during winter weather including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • Must have valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle to get to and from assigned Commercial Site
  • Ability to work long hours in inclement weather conditions
