Position Details
An opening currently exists for 1st and 2nd shift Loaders in our Clinton, IL facility. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, preparing them for delivery and safely loading product.
  • Identifies and pulls product to fulfill orders
  • Ensures quality and quantity of product being loaded
  • Determines how to properly structure loads to facilitate drop sequence unloading and to ensure required weight distribution and damage prevention through delivery process
  • Scan & reconcile product to loaded trailer to ensure complete shipment
  • Clear packaged product from all production lines to avoid stopping production
  • Comfortable with working on loaded trailers at evaluated heights
  • Unloads incoming product and completes proper paperwork
Experience/Skills
  • 3 months+ experience in a shipping environment (1+ year experience)
  • Safety oriented
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Previous experience operating a forklift
  • Overhead crane experience a plus
  • Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
