Job Description:

As a Ready Mix Loader Operator at HRM Concrete, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load aggregate materials into concrete mixing trucks. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load aggregate materials into ready mix trucks.

Ensure proper quantities of materials are loaded according to batch plant specifications.

Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment.

Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and inventory levels.

Communicate with plant personnel and drivers to coordinate loading schedules.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Assist with other plant operations as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment.

Knowledge of concrete production and aggregate materials is a plus.
