We are seeking a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our Software Team and help develop AI-driven agents and automation tools for our Test Data Analysis Platform. This role is ideal for college students interested in applying software development and AI concepts to real-world data analysis challenges.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with an Agile software team
  • Assist in developing AI agents to automate data analysis and engineering workflows
  • Contribute to backend services and REST-based APIs
  • Help build and enhance frontend web applications
  • Write and maintain code using Python and/or JavaScript
  • Support data processing using SQL or NoSQL databases
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Learn deployment and development workflows in cloud-based environments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Coursework or project experience with Python (preferred) or JavaScript
  • Interest in AI, intelligent automation, or data analysis
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and work collaboratively

Cirrus Logic follows a 2+ day in-office work schedule but interns should expect to be in the office more often, up to 5 days per week, based on business needs and team preference. Interns must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning their internship with Cirrus Logic.
Export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license. Candidates for this role must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license. We are unable to sponsor or obtain export licenses for this role.
