Job Summary
ย We are seeking a driven Guest Happiness Team (GHT) Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This role serves as the face and voice of The Brow Bar Beauty Co., managing the front desk experience while driving revenue and guest retention.
As our GHT (Guest Happiness Team) Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a polished, high-end first and last impression for every guest. You will manage check-ins and checkouts, oversee daily front desk operations, and actively contribute to salon growth through sales, pre-booking, and lead conversion.
This position is performance-driven and plays a critical role in retail sales, service upgrades, booking consistency, and overall guest satisfaction.
Must be available to work Wednesday-Saturday .
Responsibilities

ย โ€ข Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and checkout
ย โ€ข Deliver a high-level guest experience from arrival to departure
ย โ€ข Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked appointments through calls, texts, email, and social media
ย โ€ข Drive retail sales and recommend service upgrades
ย โ€ข Secure pre-bookings to increase retention and utilization
ย โ€ข Follow up with past guests to maintain relationships and fill open availability
ย โ€ข Track and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
ย โ€ข Maintain organization and presentation of the front desk and retail space
