Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Spa
Allure Laser & Medical Spa | Sherman, TX
Full-Time | On-Site
Love helping people and being part of a team where everyone pitches in?
Allure Laser & Medical Spa is looking for a warm, polished, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Sherman, TX.
We're looking for more than someone who can answer phones and schedule appointments. We want someone who takes initiative, builds genuine relationships with patients, supports their teammates, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
If you're organized, personable, and naturally find yourself asking "What can I help with next?"-you could be exactly who we're looking for.
Why Join Allure?
  • Established & respected: Founded by G. DeAn Strobel, MD in 2002, Allure has been serving the North Texas community for more than two decades.
  • Close-knit team environment: Work alongside experienced nurse practitioners, nurses, laser technicians, licensed aestheticians, and other aesthetic professionals.
  • Exciting industry: Build your knowledge of medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, skincare, and wellness.
  • Meaningful patient relationships: Become a familiar and trusted part of our patients' experience rather than simply checking them in and out.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients, answer incoming calls and messages, schedule appointments, and provide a friendly and professional front-desk experience.
  • Proactively manage appointment flow and patient communication while helping keep daily clinic operations organized and running smoothly.
  • Learn about Allure's services and products so you can confidently answer questions and support an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with providers and teammates, stepping in where needed and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, medical administration, or another client-facing role.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery practice, healthcare office, or aesthetics environment is an asset, but not required.

About Allure
Since 2002, Allure Laser & Medical Spa has combined beauty, technology, wellness, and exceptional service to help patients throughout Sherman and North Texas look and feel their best.
Our approach goes beyond treating outward appearance. We believe in caring for the whole person and creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.
Ready to Join Us?
If you're looking for a front desk position where you can build relationships, take ownership of your role, and truly become part of the team, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and take the next step in your career with Allure Laser & Medical Spa!
