Job description

Our chiropractic and massage clinic is growing and needs to add one more talented person to our team. If you have front desk experience in healthcare, or currently have a CA (chiropractic assistant) license, this position may be perfect for you.
Job Details:
  • Our office has one front desk employee/office manager, two doctor, and six massage therapists. We need someone with a passion for great customer service and excellent people skills.
  • Our clinic prides itself on providing the most welcoming patient experience in Portland!
  • Front desk duties include patient intake, scheduling, calls, and processing payments.
  • CA duties involve performing modalities (heat, stim, traction, laser, therapeutic exercises) which requires obtaining a CA license and hands-on training.
  • Currently our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with this position averaging around 30 hours per week. We offer 5 paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Applicants with CA licensure, healthcare experience, or bilingual competency are preferred, but all backgrounds will be considered. Any billing experience is a plus.
