Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator

Job Description

Looking for detailed orientated person to run all aspects of an ORTHODONTIC FRONT DESK. Duties include receptionist duties, scheduling, managing patient flow, accounts receivables, treatment coordination, and insurance filing.

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $23 per hour

This is a suggested starting salary. But, salary is dependent on experience and expertise and may fall outside this range.

Shift & Schedule

Patients are seen a couple of days per week, but the front desk is also staffed on non-patient days to work a total of 30 to 36 hours per week. No weekends.

Requirements

Prefer orthodontic receptionist experience, but are willing to train energenic personality.
