The front desk sales associate is a vital position at Scenthound requiring exceptional customer service, sales and organizational skills. Also includes cross-training in other positions within the dog wellness business.

This position requires:

  • Customer service experience (retail, restaurant, gym)
  • Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment
  • Experience Preferred

We are searching for a confident multi tasker who leads with integrity, honesty, and compassion. Is a problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can assist in the day-to-day operations of the Scenter with an emphasis on critical KPIs: Average Ticket Value, Rebook Ratio, New Memberships and etc.

Tasks:

  • Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
  • Prioritize dog wellness and safety
  • Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and training
  • Promptly and accurately communicate information from upper management to your team
  • Identify when/ where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule
  • Assist in the creation of an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values
  • Manage client expectations; resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
  • Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
  • Cross-Train in other positions such as dog care and bathing
