Your Responsibilities

Guest Experience and Front Desk Operations

โ€ข Process check-ins and check-outs including verifying identification, securing payment, and issuing room keys

โ€ข Maintain accurate guest accounts and reservations

โ€ข Provide clear, concise information about the hotel and local area

โ€ข Anticipate guest needs and follow through on requests
