About PickleRage New Rochelle

PickleRage New Rochelle is a 42,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art indoor pickleball facility bringing premier courts, community events, leagues, lessons, and social experiences to Westchester County. We are building a high-energy, welcoming environment for players of all skill levels and are seeking enthusiastic team members to help us deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Associate is the first impression of PickleRage. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing check-ins, handling memberships and reservations, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed, valued, and like a member of our community.
This is a part-time position with potential for growth as the facility expands.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Manage court reservations, member check-ins, and program registrations
  • Process payments for memberships, retail, events, and food & beverage (if applicable)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Assist with league nights, tournaments, and special events
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Promote memberships, clinics, and upcoming programs
  • Support management with daily operational tasks
Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, fitness, retail, or sports facilities a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using POS systems and booking software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Pickleball experience is a plus but not required
