Job description

Sales Associate – Front Desk | StretchLab Spartanburg

Are you at a stage in life where you're looking for something meaningful to do with your time — without the pressure of it being your primary income? Maybe you're newly retired, semi-retired, or simply someone with a flexible schedule who wants to stay engaged, active, and connected to your community. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Who We Are

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. We don't tell people how to stretch — they GET stretched. Our clients range from 5 to 95, and we are obsessively focused on helping every single one of them feel better, move better, and live better.

At StretchLab Spartanburg, we're a small, tight-knit team with a big heart. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. We take our work seriously — but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time Sales Associate role covering front desk and sales responsibilities. The hours are flexible and shift coverage is always planned in advance — no last-minute scrambles. The pay won't replace a full income, but it'll give you some great extra spending money, keep you socially active, and come with a complimentary StretchLab membership (yes, you get stretched too).

If you've been looking for a reason to get out of the house, connect with interesting people every day, and be part of something that genuinely improves lives — this is it.

What You'll Do
  • Warmly greet and check in clients — you're the face of the studio
  • Guide prospective members through the sales process (lead follow-up, consultations, closing)
  • Handle phone calls, texts, and outreach with professionalism and warmth
  • Book and confirm stretch sessions for current and new clients
  • Help create social media content and present/sell merchandise
  • Represent the studio at occasional community events and health fairs
  • Help keep the studio looking its best

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You're a natural with people and light up a room
  • You have life experience that helps you genuinely connect with a wide range of clients
  • You're reliable — when you say you'll be there, you're there
  • You communicate well — in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • You're comfortable with basic computer and software tools
  • You have a flexible schedule and aren't looking for this to be your primary income
  • You value health, wellness, and an active lifestyle
  • Prior fitness or health industry experience is a bonus, but absolutely not required

Compensation & Perks
  • $12/hour base + commission on sales
  • Complimentary monthly StretchLab membership
  • A genuinely wonderful group of coworkers
  • The deep satisfaction of knowing your work helps people feel better every day
  • Potential to grow within the company — if that's something you want

Sound Like You?

We'd love to meet you. Apply today and tell us a little about yourself and why StretchLab Spartanburg sounds like a good fit. We can't wait to hear from you!
