Location: Red Roof Inn Myrtle Beach
Starting Pay: Up to $15.00/hour

Do you enjoy helping people and providing outstanding customer service? The Myrtle Beach  location is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team!

We are currently seeking  a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.

We are looking for individuals that can work the following shifts:

  •  Mixture of 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.
  • Extra hours in other departments to achieve full time.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and detailed- oriented.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.

WHAT DOES A DAY AS A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE LOOK LIKE?

  • Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
  • Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
  • Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
  • Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
