We are looking for a reliable, organized, professional and customer focused front desk representative to join our team.


Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional attitude - Managing reservations and providing information about our tours and services. - Handling cash transactions and operating basic computer systems. - Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area. - Multitasking in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. - Ensuring excellent customer service while addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
