Holiday Inn Downtown Memphis is seeking a friendly and service-driven Front Desk Associate to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our greatest asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting with inquiries to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
