The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. This role assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, billing, and guest requests while maintaining brand standards and promoting a positive hospitality experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment while creating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Secure payments, verify billing information, and process billing adjustments as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and area recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining high-quality hospitality standards.
