Full-Time Front Desk Associate
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive campground experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Manage reservations and campground bookings
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Requirements
  • Must pass background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • General computer skills and comfort learning reservation software
