HAMPTON INN PROVO is a guest service focused hotel seeking an energetic, out-going individual to join our Front Desk team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate.

A Front Desk Associate is someone who pays attention to details and provides above & beyond guest services to our hotel guests. They maintain all aspects of the Front Desk operations while demonstrating integrity, accountability, responsibility, multitasking and is a team player.

Front Desk Associate duties, but not limited to:

· Check-in’s and Check-Out’s

· Answering Phone

· Above and Beyond Guest Service

· Clear communication between all departments

· Any other assigned task or project as directed by management.
