Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $26–$35 per hour (DOE)

Our client is a high-volume, patient-focused dental practice seeking a skilled and bilingual Dental Front Office Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi-provider calendar
  • Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and process claims
  • Collect co-pays, post payments, and manage accounts receivable
