Front Desk Receptionist / Certified Medical Assistant (Hybrid Role)
We are seeking a reliable, professional Front Desk Receptionist who can also assist as a Certified Medical Assistant when needed. This position requires flexibility to rotate between front office and clinical duties in a fast-paced medical practice.

Requirements:

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
Previous medical office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in both administrative and clinical settings
Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Verify insurance information and collect patient paperwork
Assist providers with patient care as needed
Take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and document patient information
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Must undergo a drug screening and background check.
Office hours Monday ,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Wed 8:30 am-12:00 noon. The first Thursday of each month until 7pm
