Job Title: Front Desk Associate – Tennis Facility

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a private tennis club. This role is key to ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, with a heavy focus on towel service and water stations.
  • Ensure towels are consistently stocked, clean, and readily available to members.
  • Monitor and maintain water stations throughout the facility, refilling and cleaning as needed.
  • Assist with member billing, payments, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Support daily operations to ensure a smooth experience for members and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff to uphold facility standards and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, fitness, or private club settings.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
