Job description
From the team behind Fellows Cafe, From The Well is a neighborhood market and artisan bakery in Roswell. We specialize in naturally leavened breads, seasonal pastries, and thoughtfully crafted baked goods made by hand.
We're looking for a Pastry Chef to lead our bakery program and help shape its continued growth.
This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing daily bread and pastry production, product quality, and bakery operations. You'll work closely with our team to maintain consistency, support and train bakers, and continue developing our offerings.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has professional bakery or pastry experience
Has leadership experience or a desire to lead and mentor others
Understands naturally leavened bread and fermentation
Takes pride in quality, consistency, and organization
Works well in a collaborative environment
Is excited to help grow a thoughtful and evolving bakery program
Responsibilities
Lead daily bread and pastry production
Maintain quality and consistency standards
Train and support bakery team members
Manage production schedules and workflow
Help develop seasonal offerings and new products
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience
One week paid vacation
