Must Have Restaurant,  Hospitality or event industry experience 

Kate Ryan Event Rentals specializes in premium event experiences. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our Setup Crew and help bring our events to life.
                 Must Have Restaurant,  Hospitality or event industry experience  

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver and set up event rental items at venues across the region
  • Inspect product quality before and after each delivery
  • Provide friendly, professional service during setup and strike
  • Handle delivery inventory with care and accuracy
  • Work primarily nights and weekends, with 2–4 split shifts per week
What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
