Position Overview:
We’re looking for skilled, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. In this role, you’ll professionally install blinds, shades, shutters, and other custom window treatments in residential and commercial properties while providing an exceptional customer experience.  Experience is a plus, but not necessary, we will train you to become a professional level installer!

What You’ll Do:

  • Measure and install a variety of window treatments with accuracy and care

  • Ensure proper fit, function, and finish on every project

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

  • Troubleshoot and adjust installations as needed

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, or a related field preferred but not necessary

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on ladders
