Job description

We are seeking an experienced DAS Technician to cover areas east of Texas. Travel a Must. Individual must reside in close proximity to a major airport.

Job Responsibilities: DAS installation in both carrier and public safety spaces, with knowledge of OEM and connection types. Individual will be installing maintaining, and troubleshooting issues pertaining to coax cable, fiber optic cable, power cable, etc. Ability to terminate coax cable and power cable. Maintenance of test gear (Anritsu Sweep & PIM) to achieve passing results Cable Troubleshooting Line sweeping and PIM testing Fusion Splicing and Fiber testing. OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid and EMT desired.

Qualifications:

Individual MUST have experience adhering to schedules, following instructions, self-performing duties and working with professionalism with team members, clients, contractors, and vendors. 2-4 years DAS/telecom experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Word. Must maintain a clean background driving record. Drug testing at the discretion of Centerline Communications.

Candidate must be able to work multiple shifts and away from home Ability to lift, squat, climb ladders, work above head, lift/maneuver up to 100lbs, stand/walk for long periods. Candidate must have ability to work outside in all elements, including but not limited to snow, rain, and varying temperatures. Ability to maintain a safe work environment Ability to lift, squat, climb ladders, work above head, lift/maneuver up to 75lbs, stand/walk for long periods Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
