We are a well-established veterinary clinic deeply rooted in the Bentonville community, known for our commitment to exceptional patient care and strong client relationships. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive veterinary services in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are privately owned and have 3 other general practice clinics and 1 urgent care.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a modern facility equipped with the latest technology. Our Pro/Sal compensation model ensures a competitive salary with the potential for additional earnings based on production.  We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to a variety of patients
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on their pet's health
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled veterinary professionals
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
