We are a high energy, fast-paced, but FUN advertising agency, that is looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to start ASAP. Potential for advancement for the right candidate. The job includes supporting the Account Executive Team that coordinates content from client, art department & vendors, plus manages projects for various media including print, digital and broadcast from start to finish. This is a remote work from home position with 1 in office day per week at our office in Whippany, NJ. Other tasks include typing, uploading various media, and miscellaneous projects. EOE. M/F. Requirements:
- An interest in advertising and marketing a must.
- Relative course work a plus, but will train the right person.
- Customer service experience a plus, including restaurant/bar or retail.
- Able to handle high-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-sufficient problem solver with a can-do attitude capable of taking direction and following procedures while working together as a team.
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and professional client interaction skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well versed in various social media platforms.
- Experience with Google Ad Words and Analytics a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
