We are a high energy, fast-paced, but FUN advertising agency, that is looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to start ASAP. Potential for advancement for the right candidate. The job includes supporting the Account Executive Team that coordinates content from client, art department & vendors, plus manages projects for various media including print, digital and broadcast from start to finish. This is a remote work from home position with 1 in office day per week at our office in Whippany, NJ. Other tasks include typing, uploading various media, and miscellaneous projects. EOE. M/F. Medical benefits, 401K/Matching 401K, paid vacation.

Requirements:

  • An interest in advertising and marketing a must.
  • Relative course work a plus, but will train the right person.
  • Customer service experience a plus, including restaurant/bar or retail.
