Advanced Training Delivery: Conducts high-stress, high-liability tactical training utilizing a broad
spectrum of instructional modalities, including dynamic role-playing, immersive simulator
environments (FOS), and field exercises.
Field Trainer Leadership & Management: Manages, mentors, and audits a network of tactical and
medical field instructors; provides ongoing professional development to ensure the consistent,
high-quality delivery of SIS-approved curricula across all accounts.
Efficacy Evaluations: Audits and assesses training methodologies, program delivery tools, and
student performance metrics to optimize workforce developmental pipelines.
Statutory Compliance Enforcement: Monitors and enforces rigid adherence to state-specific
legislative and statutory training regulations to protect the organization from operational liability.
Logistical Planning: Manages the operational training calendar by scheduling instructional blocks
based on asset availability, facility logistics, and trainer deployment schedules.
Technical Modeling: Serves as the authoritative visual exemplar of tactical mechanics and physical
techniques across various instructional mediums, including recorded webinars, tactical videos, and
official training reviews.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Tactical & Field Experience: Proven background in law enforcement tactical operations and
active shooter response methodologies required.
Firearms Proficiency: Must continuously maintain all mandatory firearms qualifications and
tactical range certifications as prescribed by corporate policy.
Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Education,
Adult Learning, or an equivalent field of study.
Instructional Design & Tech Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in instructional
design, curriculum delivery, and training program management, including the hands-on utilization
of learning management databases and presentation technologies.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in navigating and managing both PC and iOS hardware/software
ecosystems.
State Licensing Compliance: Fulfills and maintains active state guard training certifications as
mandated by presiding state legislation.
Medical & Client Certifications: Maintains active, instructor-level certifications in CPR/First
Aid/AED and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), alongside all additional client-mandated
credentials.
Professional Acumen: Demonstrates exceptional business maturity, proactive operational
collaboration, and an elite commitment to high-level client relationship management.
Mobility & Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to undertake domestic and multi-
