Job Summary:
The Employee Experience Coordinator supports the Insignia team member experience by fostering engagement, promoting the Top Flight spirit, and creating a positive event-day atmosphere. Working closely with the People Operations team, this role helps execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives while connecting with team members throughout events. Responsibilities include providing snacks and beverages, sharing Top Flight program information, distributing lunches, game-day items, and recognition prizes, and serving as a visible, supportive presence across parking lots on event days. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for team members.
Primary Job Duties:
โ€ข Provide exceptional support and service to Insignia team members throughout event days.
โ€ข Prepare and stock golf carts with snacks, beverages, supplies, and engagement materials.
โ€ข Distribute lunches, refreshments, giveaways, and recognition items to team members across assigned parking lots.
โ€ข Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions and providing information about the Top Flight program and other employee engagement initiatives.
โ€ข Check in with team members during events, offering support and helping address questions or concerns as they arise.
โ€ข Organize and prepare team member lunches and materials for event-day distribution.
โ€ข Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture by recognizing team members and encouraging participation in employee programs.
โ€ข Maintain and return equipment, supplies, and unused inventory following each event.
โ€ข Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
โ€ข Must be available to work all Cardinals Home Games during the Arizona Cardinals NFL 2026-2027 season and major stadium events
โ€ข Must have a clean and valid driver's license
โ€ข Must be able to lift 50lbs
โ€ข At least 1 year of customer service experience, required
โ€ข Strong organizational and communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
โ€ข Availability to work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
