Synthetic Turf Sales Representative ForeverLawn Premium Grass
Position Description
ForeverLawn improves spaces and communities through innovative synthetic grass solutions. The types of synthetic turf are PlaygroundGrass, K9Grass, SportsGrass, GolfGreens, and LandscapeGrass.
We are seeking an energetic person with great people skills for a sales position. ForeverLawn has premium products and it is not uncommon for projects to exceed $50,000. Must be comfortable being the highest-priced offering and should also be comfortable doing proactive sales work. The team member will need to visit & understand turf installation so some installation hours will be essential to understand how our product is properly installed across all product lines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. This is a full-time position that may require work beyond 40 hours per week to excel, but if you can do it with fewer hours - Go For It!

We are headquartered in Louisville, OH, has service centers in North America and beyond through our 80+ independently owned and operated dealerships. ForeverLawn Northern Washington is a Dealership that operates primarily in the greater King, and Snohomish Counties. We also service Skagit, Watcom, Island, and San Juan Counties.
We provide our customers with uniquely designed synthetic grass solutions for applications ranging from lawns to playgrounds and pet facilities to sports fields and golf greens.

Sales Compensation
Our sales compensation is a combination of salary plus commission and bonuses as outlined below.
o Base Salary of $25,000
o 3%* Commission paid** on sales up to a $250,000 sales threshold.
o 6%* Commission paid** on total annual sales exceeding $250,000
* National Account sales, wholesale account sales, and discounted sales will be counted at 50% of the sale value. Sports fields and other large projects priced on our large project model, as well as low-margin sales will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Commissions and bonuses will be paid the month following the period in which they are earned.
Additional bonuses are paid as follows:
o $250,000 in sales credit = $ 2,000
o $500,000 in sales credit = $ 2,000
o $750,000 in sales credit = $ 2,000
o $1,000,000 in sales credit = $ 2,000
