Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their unique needs and goals.
  • Guide customers through each stage of the purchasing process, making complex information easy to understand.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Assist with sales documentation and ensure transaction files are complete, accurate, and organized.
  • Represent SWE Homes at marketing, networking, and community events to generate new leads and expand your professional network.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create a smooth, professional, and exceptional customer experience from inquiry through closing.
  • Stay informed about available properties, market opportunities, and company offerings.
  • Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or a related customer-facing environment.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Competitive, motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Natural ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Confident and comfortable communicating by phone and in person.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM platforms such as Zoho.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
