• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure video chat, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Encourage clients to articulate their emotions and experiences, facilitating open dialogue that fosters therapeutic growth.
• Assist clients in establishing and achieving personal therapeutic goals tailored to their unique situations and emotional challenges.
• Identify behaviors or thought patterns that may hinder recovery and work collaboratively with clients to develop strategies for positive change.
• Provide professional guidance on healthy coping mechanisms and life skills that empower clients to manage their mental health effectively.
• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adapting plans as necessary to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base consisting mainly of stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Clients are pre-screened to ensure that they align with your therapeutic specialties and demographic preferences, enabling you to deliver personalized care that resonates with their individual experiences. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and mental health stability of our client community, fostering healthier lifestyles and improved emotional resilience.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the capacity to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.
• A proven track record of successful outcomes in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create rapport with diverse populations.
