Hope Bridges Youth Homes, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our fully remote team. Our telehealth facility offers a vibrant and supportive atmosphere, where technological tools facilitate seamless communication and service delivery. You will engage with clients via video conferencing, enabling you to maintain high-quality interactions and therapeutic relationships from the comfort of your own home.

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video chat sessions to assess and improve clients’ mental health status.
• Encourage open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, providing insights that foster personal awareness and growth.
• Act as a staunch client advocate, helping them articulate and achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Assess mental health conditions using your clinical expertise and develop tailored treatment plans that employ a solution-focused methodology.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with client needs and therapeutic goals.

You will primarily work with adults who are facing a variety of mental health issues but are deemed stable and low-acuity. This role involves building therapeutic relationships that are essential for meaningful progress, emphasizing skill development that enhances clients' overall quality of life. Your work will empower clients to take control of their mental health and build resilience.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An independent mental health license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in telehealth platforms.

In addition to the qualifications, candidates with experience in teletherapy settings are preferred. Familiarity with solution-focused approaches and a strong background in mental health assessments and treatment planning will enhance your candidacy. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition are vital for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on hours worked and experience. Hope Bridges Youth Homes offers a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, fostering overall well-being and job satisfaction.
