As a trusted Generac generator expert, we help families protect what matters most with dependable home standby power solutions.

We're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, educating homeowners, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes. If you're driven by uncapped earning potential and enjoy meeting new people every day, we'd love to hear from you.

Overall Compensation: $45,000 per year plus uncapped commission - $110,000 - $125,000 OTE

What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate their backup power and electrical needs.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and present customized generator, EV charger, and electrical solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of home standby power systems and available product options.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate additional referrals through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous outside sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable meeting customers in their homes and explaining technical products in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
