Stadium Medical Paramedic Position

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Valid State of Colorado Paramedic Certification, and insurable MVR. Excellent communication and leadership skills to enhance collaboration with venue, and public safety partners. COMPENSATION: based on experience, $25.10-$31.09/hour

As a certified state training site, we proudly offer bespoke training programs, including venue-specific sessions and immersive scenario-based exercises—all conducted in-house. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our bi-monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings, where our Pre-Hospital and Medical Direction team takes a hands-on approach to ensuring the highest standard of patient care. As EMS continues to evolve, so do we, expanding the capabilities of our providers to stand out from the rest.

One example of our dedication to excellence is evident in our community's bystander CPR intervention survival rate. According to the latest Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival Report (CARES), our 2023 survival rate stood at an impressive 52%, significantly surpassing the national average of 41.2%. This achievement is a testament to the tireless efforts of our team and our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

And, of course, in our increasingly virtual landscape, Stadium Medical has recently invested in a cutting-edge Learning Management System through UKG. Going live in Q3 2024, this state-of-the-art platform will provide our team with a wealth of agency education resources, covering both operational and clinical aspects of our work. From the latest protocols and procedures to specialized training modules, our staff will be able to access a comprehensive library of resources tailored to their needs and interests.

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Current State of Colorado Paramedic Certification and ACLS. Current Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. EVOC certificate provided in-house. Post offer, pre-employment physical examinations/medical history check. ICS certifications preferred. Technical aptitude required.

SCHEDULE: Must be able to work all 6 Football Games occurring in the 2026 season. Shift times will vary depending on if it's a day, or night game. Generally shifts range from 7-9 hours including post time surrounding the game time, staff reports directly to the stadium for post. Must demonstrate flexibility in schedule, as times can change in the event space frequently.

2026 Home Games are as Follows:

September 12th, October 3rd, October 17th, October 31st, November 13th and November 28th

In addition to football season, there are several other on campus sports the agency supports. Seeking individuals to cross train in addition.
