Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, Virginia.

If you're looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one care that makes a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Complete speech-language evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
  • Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
