The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. The RN evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinates patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. This position upholds patient rights, maintains confidentiality, and performs all duties in alignment with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

Position Details:

Provide skilled, in-home care to patients of all ages across Benton and parts of Washington and Carroll counties. Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating weekend and call requirements. Enjoy flexible scheduling, autonomy in managing your day, and the opportunity to help patients recover and return to independence.

Qualifications:

Education: Requires graduation from accredited nursing school.

Licensure: Current state licensure. Valid driver's license.
Certifications: CPR certification.
