Traveller Pay package:

Gross Pay: $61.25/Hour (Weekly: $2,450.00)

Patient Care Setting: Home Health

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing care to homebound patients throughout the Springdale, AR area. The RN will conduct comprehensive OASIS assessments, provide direct patient care, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

Schedule:

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Work Setting: Home-based patient care

Travel: Daily local travel required

Patient Visits: Several patients per day across multiple locations.

Interview Process: Video interview

Dress Code: Grey scrubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled home health nursing care, including OASIS assessments, clinical assessments, medication management, patient education, and care plan implementation for homebound patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team, monitor patient progress, and complete multiple local patient visits daily.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Arkansas RN license/privileges (Compact RN) and prior Home Health RN experience; OASIS experience required, with HCHB experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Home Health RN experience.
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Previous experience completing OASIS assessments.

The position requires daily local travel to multiple patient homes and several patient visits per day.
