Position Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay: $1932 - $2328 | Shift: 5x8 Rotating

As a Nursing Home Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of residents through attentive care and precise nursing activities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating significant changes in resident conditions to physicians and families promptly
  • Completing resident assessments and medication administration while adhering to the 5 Rights
  • Performing wound care and assessments as needed
  • Assisting CNAs with answering call lights and monitoring residents for changes in condition
  • Leading the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
  • Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
  • Maintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting
  • Performing other duties as requested
Requirements for this role include:
  • Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred
  • Wisconsin Registered Nursing license (must be maintained)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Need 1 year experience in setting
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
