Job description


Assesses, observes, evaluates, administers skilled nursing care and teaches activities under a physician''s plan of treatment to meet the physical the psychosocial needs of the agency''s clients in their homes. RN is responsible for the total management/complete coordination of services provided to assigned cases.
Education/Experience:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN license by the State of Indiana. Obtains and maintains current CPR certification and other skills required by the home health agency policy. Must have no less than one year experience in acute care setting as a RN prior to Home Care assignment or experience as required by State regulations. Must have over one year experience as a RN. Two to three years experience in Home Health preferred.
