Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

  • You'll be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in the comfort of their homes. As an RN, you'll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that shares your commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider orders

  • Develop and continually update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goals

  • Deliver skilled nursing interventions within the scope of practice and in accordance with physician directives

  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation per all state, federal, and agency regulations

  • Lead case conferences, promoting collaboration between caregivers and clinicians

  • Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plans

  • Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being at every step of the care journey

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)

  • Active Registered Nurse license in MA

  • Valid CPR/BLS certification

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license

  • 1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)

  • Up-to-date health certificate & TB test

  • Clear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentiality

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

  • $45/visit $40/medication administration

  • $100/admission visit
