Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Services

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus This bonus is earned progressively and does not necessitate an employment contract.

Special consideration will be given to candidates residing in or near Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union Counties, NC.

Your Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Case Manager, your duties will include:

  • Conducting skilled nursing visits in patients' homes

Qualifications We Seek

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of RN experience (preferably in home health or acute care)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with aging or adult patient populations
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities; capable of multitasking, prioritizing a busy caseload, and confidently using technology and electronic documentation systems
