Registered Nurse - Emergency Services
Location: Elko, NV
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Various Shifts Available

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, team-oriented Emergency Department. This is a full-time opportunity to deliver critical care services in a 15-bed ER that sees an average of 65 patients per day, ranging from neonatal to geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients in a dynamic, high-acuity environment.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow RNs to ensure timely, patient-centered care.
  • Manage a 1:5 patient ratio with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Perform triage, assessments, interventions, and evaluations based on patient condition.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Current RN license in the state of Nevada.
  • BLS certification (within 14 days of hire).
  • ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire).
  • PALS certification (within 90 days of hire or transfer).
  • TNCC certification (within 6 months of hire or transfer).
  • Previous critical care or emergency department experience preferred.
